Schneps Media is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Media Marketing Manager to join our Digital Operations team! This role will be focused on email marketing in our business, responsible for planning and developing our overall email marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing strategy, ensuring the health of our email lists and focusing on building a robust email marketing universe. You’ll work with Mailchimp alongside the web development, digital ad operations, and sales teams.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Digital Media Marketing Manager
- Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
- Create/manage various mailing lists and campaigns
- Focus on list health – present suggestions for improvement, manage CAN-SPAM compliance, improve open and click-through rates, recommend list cleaning techniques and frequency
- Create an email subscriber journey with automation
- Create and design various CTAs and email templates
- Test the success of each campaign
- Determine email marketing KPIs
- Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
- Develop a lead generation strategy
- Increase email subscriptions
- Analyze data to get smart insights
- Propose improvement methods
- Segment listings based on behaviors such as past email engagement and website interactions
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B testing, and successful email promotions.
- Provide reports to management on list growth/decline, open rates, click-through rates, campaign success, etc.
